Excellent wingfoiling, but Quebra Mar is about a 30-minute drive each way from Paracuru town, which makes it less appealing as a full-time base even though the riding itself is great. Paracuru town itself feels more authentically Brazilian than a purpose-built kite destination, with decent, reasonably varied food.
