Wing Foil America is a small, independent passion project. Here's what we collect and why.

What we collect. If you sign up for the newsletter, we collect your email address (handled by our newsletter provider, MailerLite). If you submit a spot suggestion or a spot correction, we collect what you type in that form, plus your email address if you choose to provide one (handled by Airtable). The Wind page and the Where to Ride map can also use your device's location, with your explicit browser permission — this happens entirely in your browser and is never sent to or stored on our servers. We also use privacy-friendly, cookie-free analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics) to see general site traffic — this doesn't track you individually or across other sites.

Why we collect it. To send the newsletter you signed up for, to follow up on a submission if we have a question about it, and to understand how the site as a whole is used so we can improve it.

Where it's stored. Email addresses and form submissions are stored with our third-party providers, MailerLite and Airtable, not on this website directly. Each has its own privacy practices, which you can review on their sites. This site also links out to third-party retailers, videos, and resources with their own separate privacy practices we don't control.

What we don't do. We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for advertising. We don't have user accounts or store passwords, and we don't track you across other websites. This site isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under that age.

Your choices. Every newsletter email includes an unsubscribe link. If you'd like a submission removed or have any question about your information, email us at admin@wingfoilamerica.com.
