Itarema, Brazil — Ceará
An interesting, different place to wing, but the short tidal window makes it impractical for a longer dedicated stay — better as a one-or-two-night stop on the way elsewhere. The village is small, kite-oriented, and social during season, with the advantage of walking straight from your pousada to the water or restaurants (both very good). Note: distinct from a different "Guajiru" near Trairi, roughly 100km away — don't confuse the two.
Community-reported (2026-09-14) — based on a firsthand trip account shared with Will, Sept 2026, from a friend touring the Ceará coast. Not yet ridden firsthand by Will. Coordinates are approximate. Skill level not stated by source — flagged for confirmation.
