A calm, flat bay reported as beginner- and foil-friendly, at the public Balneario Boqueron beach facility (parking, restrooms, showers). We don't have a confirmed local wing foiling school operating here currently — if you know of one, let us know.

Renamed from "Combate / Boqueron Bay" and re-pinned to Balneario Boqueron (2026-09-06) — the old entry conflated two separate beaches (Combate Beach and Boqueron Bay aren't the same place), and its previously-cited operator (Puerto Rico Adventure Water Sports) now shows as permanently closed; this spot also doesn't appear in Kiteforum's list of 41 Puerto Rico kite spots. Re-pinned instead to the real, government-run public Balneario Boqueron beach facility. Coordinates are approximate (from research, not GPS-confirmed) — worth a visual map check before treating as exact. Kite mention trimmed back to keep description wing-foil-focused (2026-09-10).
